Welcome to Lake Ridge Elementary School!
Lake Ridge Elementary School is a fully accredited school of 560 students in grades K-5. We're a ten-time Prince William County School of Excellence awardee. We are proud of our French Program and of having achieved AYP. We're a friendly community and we love our students!
National Young Readers Day
LRES celebrated National Young Readers Day recently. This is an event sponsored by the local Chamber of Commerce and the PWCS Office of Community and Business Engagement.We were fortunate to have students from the WSHS Leadership Class came to our school and read stories to our students. This is the third year our school has participated in this special event.

Helpful Safety Patrols
Our fifth-grade safety patrols work to keep their classmates safe by helping them get on the right buses, walk properly in the hall, and follow school rules when arriving at and leaving school. Even with the rainy weather we've had lately, our safety patrols and their sponsor Mrs. McLain, are cheerful and helpful.
